Worker’s Compensation

We are on the MPN (Medical Preferred Network) for several worker’s compensation (WC) carriers. Because these are subject to change, please contact your adjuster regarding Dr. Lau’s participation in your insurance company’s MPN.

Please note that all WC cases are subject to review and approval by the doctor. We require a few months of notes from your adjuster to be submitted for review. Once the case is accepted by the doctor, we require a signed letter from the adjuster acknowledging that Dr. Benjamin Lau will be your Primary Treating Physician (PTP).
